Natasha Atkins is the Chief Operating Officer at Spire Property Solutions, bringing more than two decades of experience in the commercial property sector. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive expertise across retail, commercial and industrial property management, successfully managing portfolios for private clients as well as listed property funds. Her experience spans operational leadership, property management and project delivery, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the industry's evolving challenges and opportunities.
As Chief Operating Officer, Natasha leads strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence, improve efficiencies and support the continued growth of Spire Property Solutions. She is passionate about delivering exceptional service, developing high-performing teams and implementing practical solutions that create lasting value for clients, stakeholders and the business.
Beyond her executive role, Natasha is an active contributor to the South African commercial property industry. She serves on the MRI Software PMX Client Advisory Board, is a Gauteng Committee Member of the Women's Property Network and an Excellence Awards Committee Member and judge for the South African Property Owners Association (SAPOA). Through these roles, she contributes to industry collaboration, innovation and the advancement of professional standards within the sector.

Razonne Hockey is the Head of Finance at Spire Property Solutions. With more than 15 years of experience within the Spire group, Razonne has built an extensive career in finance, progressing through senior financial management positions and developing a strong understanding of the organisation and its operations.
In her role, Razonne oversees the financial function at Spire Property Solutions, bringing extensive experience in financial management, reporting, financial analysis and accounting processes. Her career has given her a detailed understanding of the financial requirements of a growing property business, together with a strong focus on accuracy, accountability and operational efficiency.
Razonne is recognised for her analytical approach, strong attention to detail and ability to provide clear financial insight to support informed business decisions. Her leadership is grounded in professionalism, accountability and a commitment to maintaining high standards across the finance function.
In her current role, Razonne continues to provide financial leadership across Spire Property Solutions, supporting effective decision-making and ensuring the finance function remains aligned with the company’s wider objectives.
