Bruce is well-respected in property circles, having been involved in the industry since qualifying as a town planner, initially in the profession and then in property development. Later, with the property division of a leading financial services group, he was responsible for corporate strategy and marketing, as the organisation restructured from a division, to, a separate commercial company.
Rodney has a distinguished reputation in the property industry for excellent developments, innovative thinking and delivering good returns. During his fifteen years as managing director of the property company of a leading financial services and insurance group, he was responsible for the assembly and management of a prime portfolio of properties, principally throughin-house development
Zola is a founder and executive director of Jade Capital Partners. She was previously a director in the Real Estate Finance Division of Standard Bank, heading up the New Business Team, where she was a member of the Executive Committee and the Deal Approval Committee. Her role included the management of a key client portfolio. Zola serves as an independent non-executive director on the boards of Hospitality Property Fund, Sasol Inzalo, Grindrod Bank and Grindrod Limited. She is also a non-executive director of several Jade investee companies
Keith is well-known in the property industry, with an outstanding track record in property management. He has worked in senior positions with some of South Africa’s leading property companies, both private and institutional. He was a portfolio asset manager at a leading financial services group before joining Spire in 2002.
Marc (49) is the CEO and Co-Founder of Hanger 18 Investments (Pty) Ltd, an investment company which owns dominant retail shopping centres nationally. Marc was co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Tower Property Fund Limited which was established and listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, as the first Real Estate Investment trust, in 2013. Tower was sold and de-listed in December 2021. Through Tower, Marc and colleagues established TPF International which invests in property in Croatia. Marc has deep relationships with equity providers, developers, property owners and banks in Croatia having operated in the country since 2015. Marc has a long history in the property industry in South Africa and is a shareholder of Spire Property Group, the majority shareholder of Spire Property Solutions. Marc is also a private property investor co-owning a successful shopping centre close to his home in Cape Town.
