King Air Park Airport Industria

Category News

Western Cape's King Air Industria, a 72-hectare Industrial development close proximity to Cape Town International Airport, grows apace with Infrastructure completion for the first two phases of the project.

The demand for logistics business parks rather than warehousing is rising, prompting property investors to increase their allocations and exposure in the Industrial sector.

Internal services will be ready by end-April. Extensive external road upgrades to Robert Sobukwe and Borcherds Quarry roads as part of the development will be completed by the end of May 2021, when the park will officially open. Read More
