We are seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Property Broker to join our team based in Durban. With a national presence, and offices strategically located in all the major centres across South Africa, our teams have access to an extensive array of commercial properties across the full commercial property spectrum.
Position: Commercial Property Broker
Location: Umhlanga, Durban
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in your dedicated area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, tenants, and industry professionals.
- Conduct market research, analyze data, and stay updated on industry trends to provide accurate and insightful advice to clients.
- Negotiate lease and sale agreements to achieve favorable outcomes for both clients and the company.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the entire transaction process.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a commercial or industrial property broker is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional results.
- Strong understanding of the industrial real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and real estate listing software.

Remuneration:
Our new brokers can expect to earn between R600k and R800k per year, depending on performance and individual efforts.
