Area: Blackheath and Surrounds

 

Duties:

  • Conclude leasing transactions
  • Conclude sales transactions
  • Maintain client data base
  • Implement digital marketing execution and strategy, maintain property listings
  • Business Development Management / Lead generation
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Facilitating and executing property viewings with clients
  • Maintaining a knowledge of inventory in the market
  • Keeping abreast with latest market trends and sales/marketing strategies

The ideal candidate must

  • Have 12 months experience in commercial property, leasing or sales.
  • Have a proven track record for successful deals
  • Be prepared to canvass new leads
  • Have the skills and ability to negotiate a good deal
  • Provide excellent levels of client service
  • Be able to take advantage of digital marketing platforms
  • The ideal candidate must be able to work well in a team environment and is expected to collaborate and share information.
