Area: Cape Town City Bowl and Surrounds
Duties:
- Conclude leasing transactions
- Conclude sales transactions
- Maintain client data base
- Implement digital marketing execution and strategy, maintain property listings
- Business Development Management / Lead generation
- Customer Relationship Management
- Facilitating and executing property viewings with clients
- Maintaining a knowledge of inventory in the market
- Keeping abreast with latest market trends and sales/marketing strategies

The ideal candidate must
- Have 12 months experience in commercial property, leasing or sales.
- Have a proven track record for successful deals
- Be prepared to canvass new leads
- Have the skills and ability to negotiate a good deal
- Provide excellent levels of client service
- Be able to take advantage of digital marketing platforms
- The ideal candidate must be able to work well in a team environment and is expected to collaborate and share information.
