Voortrekker Road has been identified by the Western Cape Government as a spatial ‘Integration Zone’ ideal for affordable housing – the corridor is also referred to as the ‘urban core’ of Cape Town, supporting 183,000 jobs in close proximity to industrial, logistical and service nodes.

Furthermore, this site falls within the Urban Development Zone (UDZ) for Cape Town providing a significant tax incentive for residential and commercial development.
